Arsenicum 3c one dose fifteen minutes before every meal
In case of bleeding:
Ferrum Phos 3x three doses daily
for patients who had melena or hematemesis(vomiting blood)
Carbo Veg 200c one dose every third day

Anacardium Oriental 200c one dose alternate day
Natrum Phos 30c three doses daily

Symphytum tincture three doses daily
it acts best when epigastric tenderness is too much
