Rhus Tox 30c & Bryonia 30c
one dose every two hours alternately
for high temperature: Belladonna 3c every hour
for nausea & vomiting  Arsenicum Alb 3c every half an hour

Second line of treatment

Eupatorium Perfoliatum tincture & Bryonia Alb 30c

one dose every three hours alternately

for acute cold and sneezing: Arsenicum 6c every half hour

Third line of treatment

Baptisia 200c & Lycopodium 30c

one dose daily till temperature drops

Bryonia 30c & Rhus Tox 30c

two doses daily
