Symphytum 200c & Calcarea Phos 3x
one dose every three hours alternately
With discharging sinus:
Hypericum 200c & Arsenicum 200c
two doses daily
Symphytum 200c & Calcarea Phos 3x

With discharging sinus:
Hypericum 200c & Arsenicum 200c
two doses daily
Second line of treatment
Psorinum 200c one dose once a week
Ruta 200c & Calcarea Sulph 3x
two doses daily
For infection on the long bones
such as tibia, femur etc:
Mezereum 200c one dose daily to be added
Third line of treatment
Tuberculinum 200c one dose once a week
Symphytum 200c two doses daily
Calcarea Phos 3x two doses daily
