Hepar Sulph 200c one dose every two hours
For high temperature:
Belladonna 30c every half hour as needed

Second line of treatment
Baryta Carb 200c & Kali Mur 3x
two doses daily
In case of cough:
Spongia Tosta 6c every three hours as needed
